Side tension tracks keep tension on the blind. The blind can be left at any desired height. The enclosed pelmet gives a superior and stylish finish to a top-quality blind.  
The blind can be locked into place when down for extra security.

What Separates Urban Track from Our Competitors’ Products?

  • Urban Track is designed and manufactured by ourselves here in Western Australia, specifically for our harsh weather conditions.
  • All of the components used on our blinds are either stainless steel or aluminium, preventing any corrosion. This includes stainless steel spring brackets, stainless steel locking system and even the screws we use are B8 coated preventing any chemical reaction with aluminium.
  • When we give you a price for Urban Track this always includes a fully enclosed aluminium pelmet box (unless you advise us that you do not wish to have an enclosed header box). Our pelmet profile is 2.5mm thick aluminium with 4mm end brackets ensuring there is no lack of strength.
  • A 63mm aluminium tube is used inside the pelmet again to prevent any corrosion. With blinds over 4 metres we also include an 83mm tube which doubles the strength and prevents any sagging.
  • Our slimline bottom rail has an easy to operate internal locking system which gives it a smooth and stylish finish.
  • We also include a 30mm rubber weather seal on the bottom of our blinds to eliminate any gaps underneath your blinds on uneven ground or pavers. Ensuring to keep out the leaves and insects.
  • The keder welded on the sides of our blinds is made out of the same material as the blind but of a thicker gauge which stops the material going weak and brittle and also resists against fading. 
  • The side tracks on an Urban Track blind have extended wings to prevent the sun damaging the weld on the sides of blind which is a common problem with alfresco blinds. When installing we laser level our side tension tracks to ensure you get a neat blind with no creases or sagginess.
  • Urban Track is available in 3 operations. Spring assist, crank handle and motorisation with remote control.

This is a classic style awning using modern day contemporary fabrics.
